I just bought your Xe-MP3Mambot. After you take my money, you tell me that I have to wait up to 12 hours for you to "dispatch my order". I am very unhappy with the delay you are causing for this purchase.
Upon receiving my money you should have immediately provided me with a download link! There are MANY places on the Web that can provide this capability for you.
So, even though I am in need of your module immediately, I must wait for you to "dispatch" me. This gives me a very negative first impression of your product before i have even tried it.

Beware XE Support Problems
Reviewed by Steve Cox, 2007-02-25 14:22:42 I bought two modules from Andreas Kuster's company, one of which was not the module I had intended. Yes, I chose the wrong module, but in my defense, his product pages are not directly linked to his shopping cart and I simply became confused at the poor English translations in addition to the similarity of names between the various modules he has for sale.
When I wrote Andreas telling him I had received the wrong software, he became surly and rude, telling me, "you are deleted from our customer list! Never ever buy Xe-Media Software". This is the response I get from him after I had become a customer who spent over $100(US) with him that day!
I want to stress that I was always polite to Andreas and was simply requesting assistance after accidently making a wrong purchase.
Bottom Line: In my experience this man and his "company" cannot be trusted to follow through with support after a purchase. There are also reviews on joomla.org where others speak of similar problems, including total non-response to emails and even failure to deliver products after purchase!
